RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Kalla Systems. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality products and services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and receiving refunds.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • Items on Warranty: Products that malfunction or fail during the applicable warranty period.
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): Products that are non-functional when first received and unboxed.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are available under the following limited circumstances:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products: If you receive a non-functional product and prefer a refund rather than an exchange.
  • Same-Day Purchase: Refunds are only applicable on the date of purchase.
  • Unopened Products: Refunds are invalid once the product has been unboxed and used.

3. WARRANTY POLICY

  • All eligible Kalla Systems products come with a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use conditions.
  • Warranty service may include repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion.

4. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Accidental damage (e.g., dropping the product)
  • Liquid damage (e.g., water spillage)
  • Improper use or misuse of the product
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Acts of nature (floods, lightning, power surges, etc.)
  • Any other damage that is self-induced or caused by negligence

5. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Kalla Systems Customer Service within the applicable return period.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  3. Explain the reason for your return request.
  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions
  5. Package the product securely with all original accessories and documentation.
  6. Ship the package to:  Iconic Business Plaza – Shop B7, Moi Ave, Nairobi

6. REFUND PROCESS

For eligible refunds:

  1. The refund will be processed using the original payment method when possible.
  2. Processing time for refunds may take up to 1 business days, depending on your payment provider.7. EXCHANGES

For DOA or warranty-covered products, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
